$180 provides

One year of MyLog access for a New Zealand family who could not otherwise afford it. Your $180 funds one year of the MyLog Individual plan. One administrator, one supported person, and unlimited caregivers. The starting point for anyone new to MyLog.

The family receives

A private digital care diary – entries, notes, goal tracker, updated user profile, funding Manager and PDF exports. Theirs to use from the day they are onboarded.

You receive

Your name or logo on the MyLog Sponsors Wall, a personalised certificate, a post on our social media page and a brief note when your sponsored family activates their
account. You’ll know it landed.

Sponsor a MyLog Family | $180/Year

Sponsorships are held in a dedicated pool and allocated to verified New Zealand families, as and when applications are received and verified. Each application is reviewed against simple criteria – NZ family, disabled member, no current subscription. If a sponsorship goes unallocated within 6 months, it is refunded in full.

MyLog is not a charity. Sponsorships are not tax-deductible donations. They are a direct transfer of access from one person to another, with MyMate Limited facilitating the match. MyMate Limited is not GST registered. No GST is charged or collected.
