MyLog is a portable digital care diary built for New Zealand families supporting 
someone with a disability, chronic illness, dementia, or age-related care needs.

## What MyLog Does

MyLog allows families and support workers to capture daily care observations, 
preferences, moods, and routines in approximately 90 seconds per entry. Unlike 
agency-owned systems, data belongs to the family and remains portable across 
all support providers.

- PDF reports for NASC, ACC, and funding applications

## Pricing

- Individual plan: NZD $15/month (1 user profile)
- Family plan: NZD $25/month (up to 3 user profiles)  
- Total plan: NZD $35/month (up to 5 user profiles)
All plans include unlimited carers and cancel-anytime terms.

MyLog is not a medical, clinical, or emergency system. It does not replace 
formal care plans, NASC documentation, or agency compliance systems.
